
ABOUT RÉMY
Rémy is a native of Providence, Rhode Island and graduated with honors from Classical High School in 2017. He is currently a second-year student in the Brown University/Rhode Island School of Design Dual Degree Program. At Brown he is concentrating in Literary arts; at RISD he is majoring in Illustration. With this combination Rémy is planning to create innovative narrative artwork.
Since arriving on campus, Rémy’s work has been featured in a number of exhibitions including: Elinore Hollinshead’s Selected Students Exhibition (Drawing I); Fake! A Gallery of the Inauthentic; the Tenth Annual Brown-RISD Dual Degree Exhibition; and Wintersession 2018 Figure Modelling Marathon.
Beyond his devotion to his classwork, Rémy is a Co-captain of the Brown Swim Club. He is the head illustrator for Post- Magazine and additionally provides illustrations for The College Hill Independent and The Brown Daily Herald.
